Collectibles private information

Private information allows you to keep a detailed record of your purchases and your collection's value. Only you can see this data, it's never shown publicly or shared with other users.

Data you can save

Purchase information

• Purchase price - What you paid for the item
• Currency - In which currency you made the purchase
• Shipping/Taxes and fees - Additional expenses you paid for your collectible
• Purchase date - When you acquired it
• Source - Where you bought it (store, private seller, auction...)
• Current value - Estimated market value today

Documents (Premium and Premium Max Feature)

• Invoices - Upload PDFs or images of receipts
• Certificates - Authenticity documents
• Other documents - Any relevant file

Personal notes

• Private notes - Any information you want to remember
• Internal condition - Your own condition assessment
• Private categorization - Assign an internal group to identify it

Privacy guaranteed

The private information you add to your collectibles will never be shown on your public profile, won't appear in your museum, and will be invisible to other users.

Update private information

You can update this data at any time:

1. Access the collectible
2. Click the 3-dot button and select Private information
3. In the private information menu click Edit
4. Modify or delete what you need and save changes
