Collectibles

Upload and manage your collectibles

Collectibles

Collectibles are the items in your collection. On Museum App, you can upload all your items without limits, classify them with complete detail, and organize them as if it were a real museum.

Each item in your collection has a story behind it that deserves to be told. With Museum App, you can document all public information so other users can view and enjoy your collection, plus manage private information to track your expenses and how your collection has grown over time.

What can you do with your collectibles?

  • Upload without limits - There's no restriction on the number of collectibles you can upload
  • Multiple images - Up to 10 photos per collectible (20 with Premium and 30 with Premium Max)
  • Detailed categorization - Hierarchical system with up to 4 levels
  • Custom fields - Each category has specific fields (brand, year, condition, country, language, etc.)
  • Set its condition - Depending on the item's category, you can use: Good, Acceptable, Complete in Box, New, etc... You can also select Graded and enter the company and grade
  • Private information - Save private notes, purchase price, current reference value, categorize it internally (Save screenshots and invoices privately with Premium and Premium Max)
  • Updates - You can change the title, description, photos, and fill in additional fields of your collectibles at any time
  • Organize them - By default they'll be published on your profile, but you can also add them to museum sections, or separate them from your collection by saving them in your Collection Drawer publicly or privately

Difference between collectible and post

Collectible: It's a permanent item in your collection with detailed information that can be classified into different categories with specific fields and private information. You can add them to your museum.

Posts: They are more informal social publications to share moments, news, or progress of your collection. They don't have specific fields or private information. You can also take recurring photos of your collectibles and publish them in posts, this allows you to tag your collectible so that when someone accesses your collectible they can see all the posts in which it's tagged.
