How to upload a collectible?

Step 1: Start the process

1. Press the "+" button in the navigation bar
2. Select "Collectible"

Step 2: Select the category

The category system has up to 4 hierarchical levels:

1. Main category - For example: Trading Cards, Figures, Video Games
2. Subcategory - For example: Pokémon TCG, Funko Pop, Nintendo
3. Type - For example: Cards, Booster Box, Consoles
4. Subtype - More specific according to the category

Select the categories that best describe your item. The more specific you are, the easier it will be for other users to find it.

Step 3: Upload the images

• You can upload up to 10 images (20 with Premium)
• The first image will be the collectible's cover
• Drag to reorder the images
• Recommendation: use good quality photos with good lighting

Step 4: Basic information

Complete the required fields:

• Title - Descriptive name of your item
• Description - Tell the story, condition, important details

Step 5: Additional fields

Depending on the selected category, specific fields will appear:

• Brand/Manufacturer
• Release year
• Country of origin
• Language
• Condition/State
• Edition
• And more depending on the category...

Step 6: Private information (optional)

Add data that only you can see:

• Purchase price - In the original currency
• Current value - Estimated market value
• Purchase date
• Shipping/Taxes and fees
• Private notes
• Private categorization
• Invoices - Upload PDFs or images (Premium and Premium Max)

Step 7: Publish

• Publish now - It's published immediately on your profile
• Save as draft - To continue editing later
• Schedule - Choose publication date and time
• Save in drawer - Public or private

Add to museum

Before publishing, you can select "Link to museum section" to add it directly to a section of your museum.
