Export Your Data

You have the right to obtain a copy of all your personal data stored in Museum App. This is your right to data portability under GDPR.

How to request an export

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Privacy and data
3. Click "Request data export"
4. Confirm your identity
5. You'll receive an email when the export is ready

Processing time

The export may take up to 48 hours depending on the size of your collection. You'll receive an email with the download link when it's ready.

What the export includes

Profile information

• Name and username
• Email
• Registration date
• Account settings

Collectibles

• All your collectibles with complete information
• Links to your images
• Private information (prices, invoices, notes)
• Categories and tags

Posts

• All your posts with complete text
• Links to your post images
• Comments you've made
• Likes you've given

Museum

• Section structure
• Configuration and customization

Social data

• List of followers and following
• Blocked users
• Chat conversations

Data format

Data is exported in JSON format for structured data.

Export frequency

You can request an export every 30 days. If you need more frequent exports, contact support.

Export security

• A download link is sent only after requesting it 30 days in advance
• The link is encrypted and single-use only
• Once you access and download the content, it will be destroyed so no one else can access it
