Privacy settings
Control who can see your content and interact with you on Museum App.
Access privacy settings
- Go to Settings
- Select Privacy
What you can configure
Show date of birth
Decide if you want your date of birth to be visible on your public profile.
Show last connection
Configure if other users can see when you last connected to Museum App.
View blocked and muted accounts
Access the list of users you have blocked or muted to be able to unblock or unmute them when needed.
Block users
If you need to block a user:
- Go to the user's profile
- Tap the options menu (three dots)
- Select "Block user"
- Confirm the action
Blocked users:
- Cannot see your profile or content
- Cannot send you messages
- Cannot follow you or interact with you
- Won't know they have been blocked
Unblock users
To unblock:
- Go to Settings → Privacy
- Access "Blocked users"
- Tap "Unblock" next to the user
