Configure what notifications you want to receive and how you want to receive them.
Access settings
- Go to Settings
- Select Notifications
Types of notifications
Social interactions
- New followers - When someone follows you
- Likes - When they like your content
- Comments - When they comment on your posts
- Mentions - When they mention or tag you
Messages
- New messages - When you receive a private message
- Message requests - When someone wants to contact you
Your content activity
- View milestones - When your content reaches view milestones
- New saves - When they save your content
System
- Updates - New Museum App features
- Security - Login and security alerts
- Promotions - Offers and news (optional)
Notification channels
In-app notifications
Notifications appear in the bell icon within Museum App. They are always active for important notifications.
Email notifications
Receive notifications in your email.
Push notifications (mobile)
If you use the mobile app, you can activate push notifications in your device settings.
