Change password

Keep your account secure by updating your password regularly.

Change your current password

If you know your current password:

1. Go to Settings → Account
2. Select "Change password"
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter the new password
5. Confirm the new password
6. Tap "Save"

Security requirements

Your new password must meet:

• Minimum 8 characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
• Different from the last 3 passwords

Recover forgotten password

If you don't remember your password:

1. Go to the login page
2. Tap "Forgot your password?" or access through the password recovery link
3. Enter your email
4. You will receive a verification code
5. Enter the code
6. Create a new password

The code is valid for 15 minutes. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder.

Google/Apple accounts

When you register through Google or Apple, even though you usually log in with the Google/Apple login button, you entered a password when you registered, so you can log in with your Google or Apple email and your password without needing to use the button.

Security tips

• Don't reuse passwords from other services
• Don't share your password with anyone
• Use a password manager for secure passwords
• Change your password if you suspect it has been compromised
