Cancel Premium Subscription
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. There's no commitment or penalties.
How to cancel
- Go to Settings
- Select Subscription
- Click "Cancel subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
What happens when you cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period
If you cancel, you'll continue to have access to all Premium features until the period you've already paid for ends.
For example, if you paid for an annual plan on January 1st and cancel on March 1st, you'll have Premium access until December 31st.
After the paid period
When the period ends:
- Your account returns to the free plan
- Premium badge will be removed from your profile
- You won't be able to save collectibles in the private drawer (already saved collectibles will remain there and you can move them to the public drawer or publish them on your profile if you want)
- Additional images from your collectibles are kept, but you won't be able to add more than 10 in new uploads
- Extra sections of your museum are kept, but you won't be able to create more than 10
Can I reactivate my subscription?
Yes, you can resubscribe at any time. If you do it before your current period ends, the cancellation will simply be cancelled.
Refunds
A refund can be requested only if no Premium or Premium Max feature has been used since the subscription renewal.
To request a refund, create a support ticket from Help Center.
Pause instead of cancel
If you only need a temporary break, consider:
- Cancel and reactivate when you need it
- Switch to a monthly plan if you had annual

If you have problems with any feature, contact support. We might be able to help you without needing to cancel.
