How to calculate your collection value

Step by step guide

Step 1: Access the tool

1. Go to Tools in the main menu
2. Select **"Collection value""

Step 2: Choose what to calculate

• "Calculate in collection" - Your entire inventory
• "Calculate in museum" - Specific sections
• "Calculate in drawer" - Only non-displayed items

Step 3: Select the method

1. Complete analysis - Requires: price, date and current value (access to all analyses)
2. Profits only - Requires: price and current value (profitability analysis)
3. Value only - Requires: only current value (basic calculation)

Step 4: Complete the information

• Green: Collectibles with complete information
• Blue: Need additional data

Use the search or activate "Show only pending" to work faster.

Step 5: Generate the report

Press "Calculate value" to see:

• Visual summary with radial chart
• Key statistics (value, expense, change, quantity)
• 4 types of detailed analyses according to the chosen method
