This is an exclusive package of the release of Toy Story, it was released across Europe in different PSP colors on June 1, 2010, including the console, with the video game in its version "Not for Resale" the exclusive stickers of Toy Story 3 and a DLC to download additional content.
This is the version sold in Spain, which was also sold in Portugal, as far as I know are the only countries that received the pack with the PSP Slim color Pearl White. The easiest way to differentiate the Porutgal version from the Spanish version is the PEGI age logo.
Australia, United Kingdom and France received red, while the rest of the countries received black.
