These stickers were part of a promotion made by the Nintendo Club in Germany, prior to the release of The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time for Nintendo 64, they launched the "Zelda Kingdom Online" portal which was a kind of video game for the browser that you could access through the "zeldakingdom.com" page.
