This is an exclusive pack of the Carrefour supermarket chain in Spain, this pack includes a PSP 3004 Slim & Lite color Piano Black with the video game Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 in its Platinum version, on the cover we can see Lionel Messi.
This is probably one of PSP's weirdest packs, this one I have is the only one I've seen in all the years I've been collecting. The box, although it seems to have the same format as the common PSP 3004 packs, has a different format, as the PSP box is placed lying and not standing. There are two rather common packages that include the PES 2009 and PES 2010 with the PSP 3004 that are exclusive to France but this pack has nothing to do with it.
Although on the cover you see the game PES 2011, on the sides of the box you can see that it includes the Platinum version, this places the release of this pack probably in the middle or end of 2011. Although the Carrefour logo does not appear anywhere in the box, I have some packs with a similar box that have the Carrefour logo. They probably made this pack to get rid of the 2011 PES stock and sell the PSPs faster as Sony's new laptop, the PS Vita, would soon come out.
