This is a very rare pack exclusive to Spain and Portugal. This is the version of Portugal, the famous Disney Cars film had a PSP delivery and Sony in July 2006 released this exclusive pack that includes a PSP 1004 Black Value Pack plus the Carros video game. In Portugal the name of the video game of Cars was translated to "Carros" and is a small variation from the Spanish version.
Because Portugal is a very small country, it probably made very few units of this pack, this one I have is the only one I've seen on the Internet in all these years. When I bought it, there was the original receipt from a store called J. Carneiro Alves & Filhos Lda. It was sold on 1 December 2006 to €249,99. This is the only version of the video game Cars with PEGI + 4 years, because in Portugal the PEGI classification is different.
