This is an extremely rare edition, in 2006 Sony released several PSP 1004 Value Pack packs with the video game Formula One 2006. As portugal is a country with few inhabitants had a very small run, on the cover we can find Tiago Montero.
The game that was included in this pack is Not for resale, at the bottom of the box we can see the seal of the IGAC of Portugal, which indicates that it is an original console, with the patent 5906 of 2006 and the copy 4918, I doubt that they have taken 5000 copies of this pack because this is the only one I have seen, so I'm not sure whether the copy number refers to the game of their interior that does not carry the ICAG seal or the PSP.
