This is the Nintendo 3DS Eevee edition, released exclusively at the Pokémon Center in Japan to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Pokémon Center, could only be bought by drawing lots, you could participate from May 15, 2013 to June 3, 2013. If you were able to win the draw you could buy it from June 22, 2013 at a price of JPY 18,900, this console has a purchase warrant at the Pokémon Center in Tokyo on June 28, 2013.
I got this console signed by Junichi Masuda, recognized for being director and producer of most of the Pokémon video games, although he has been working at GameFreak and has been involved working in Pokémon since Pokémon Red, Yellow, Green and Blue, took a key role as director and producer since 2001 as he developed Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire.
I honestly love the box of this edition, although the front part of the console I think should be the image of Eevee as in the back of the console, but the signature of Jinichi Masuda without a doubt gives it a special personality, unfortunately the signature is a little worn out, the console is in quite good condition although it is noticed that it has been used.
I like this edition very much because in 2013 Pokémon Center released it as a special edition and made it inspired by Eevee one of its most emblematic Pokémon, 5 years later the Pokémon Let's video game appeared Go Eevee and Jinichi Masuda was the game's director, producer and composer, which leads me to think that Eevee is probably one of his favorite Pokémon and may have chosen him as the leading Pokémon of the game next to Pikachu.
