This is an exclusive edition of France, with the release of the new Ceramic White color for the PSP 1004, Sony released an exclusive pack with its new "Media Manager" software in France, including a card with the download code, the PSP 1004 console and a 4GB Memory Stick. He launched similar packages in other countries but France was the only one who received the white color.
The box of this edition is in the 5 languages of Europe but I have personally only seen it in France on several occasions, for that reason I think it was exclusive of France.
