The cover of the box is exactly the same as that of the UK / Scandinavia.
In the upper flap it indicates: Distributed in Spain by Nintendo España S.A. in addition to Imported in Italy by: Linea GiG S.p.A. but finally GiG Electronics never got to distribute this version in Italy, or at least I never got to see a version of Nintendo Classics Series with a manual in Italian.
