This is the French version of The Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening distributed in Canada by Nintendo of Canada Ltd.
The code for this version is DMG-ZC-CAN. The main features of the French version are that the language of the box is in French, on the cover we can see a black rectangle with the red edges and the text inside in red that says: "VERSION ENTI'ERMENT FRANÇAASE MODE D'EMPLOI EN FRANÇAIS."
Canada has two different versions, one in French and the other in English with French as a secondary language. Both versions were probably released at the same time in different regions of Canada, if you look at the bar code, the English-French version as a secondary language is later than this so it could have gone out days or months later.
