In the United States the Nintendo Game & Watch consoles were officially distributed with cardboard box by Nintendo but there was also an importer named Micro Games USA who distributed these Game & Watch in blister.
This 1990 version is specifically the third and last release of blister in the United States.
It is completely new and the blister is sealed, has some small defects in the plastic but has never been opened.
