

This is a rather rare version, at the end of the NES distribution age, the Spanish distributor SPACO S.A. was left without units and to order Nintendo needed 5000 units, then they made a smaller order of the generic version for Europe, as Zelda II had no generic version in English, Nintendo sent them the German version that Nintendo of Europe GmbH distributed.
Spaco S.A. introduced a black and white manual and removed the original manual that came in German. It was sold with two stickers, one on the blue side indicating that it is distributed by Spaco S.A. and one on the front indicating that it contained instructions in Spanish
